Privacy Policy

There is only one way you can use our service – to register and fill 'Form - A'. When you share information with us, for example by registering yourself, we will make it easy for you to fill our Form and help you connect with people or to make sharing with others quicker and easier. As you use our services, we want you to be clear how we’re using information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

We’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible, but if you’re not familiar with terms like cookies, IP addresses, pixel tags and browsers, then read about these key terms first. Information we collect

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users – from figuring out basic stuff like your Full Name, to more personal things like National Identification Number of Spouse.

We collect two types of information:

  1. Information for Sign Up
    • For example, we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, national identification number etc.

  2. Information in Form - A
    • It may contain complete profile of company along with complete information of its proprietor(s).

How we use information we collect

We use the information which is collected at the time of sign-up, to create a user account for you. Once the account has been created you can now access Form – A, which is secure and protect your information from other users.

We may use your firm name and its information which you provide in Form –A for security clearance purpose. This information is only used by the concerned department. In addition, we not keep your previous data which you delete /update /edit.

When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inquire any kind of information if we need for clearances, or inform you about other concerns, such as letting you know about your account creation etc.

Firm Registration processes firm information and personal information on our servers. We may process your firm information and personal information on a server located outside the country/city where you live.

Transparency and choice

People have different privacy concerns. Our goal is to be clear about what information we collect, so that you can make meaningful choices about how it is used. For example:

  • You can review and control certain types of information in your Form – A by viewing it from pdf.
  • Use our pdf(which is automatically generated from the information you have given in the form) to see and adjust how your firm information appears to us.
  • Edit/ update any provided information until you finally submit your form.
  • Your account will be blocked, once you finally submit your form.
  • You cannot access your account again or make any other changes when your account is blocked.

Information you share

When a Service requires or provide you with an account, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Firm registration gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Firm registration, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission. Open source software is important to us. Some software used in our Services may be offered under an open source license that we will make available to you. There may be provisions in the open source license that expressly override some of these terms.

Modifying and Terminating our Services

Our services don’t let you share any kind of information with others. Our services do not provide you with any options on sharing your content. Once you final submit your form you are not able to access your account again, and then your whole information will be viewable to us. Remember that you can only add/update/delete your information, until it is finally submitted.

Accessing and updating your personal information

Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your firm information as well as your proprietor information. If that information is wrong, you have only chance to correct until you have access to that account and once your account is blocked then we not strive to give you other ways to update it or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your firm information and proprietor information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.

We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes).

Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and remove information from our backup systems.

Information we share

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of our organization unless one of the following circumstances apply:

  • With Your Consent
    We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of our organization when we have your consent to do so. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
  • With Domain Administrators
    If your firm Account is managed for you by a domain administrator (for example, for firm users) then domain administrator who provide user support to your organization will have access to your firm Account information (including your email and other data).
    Your domain administrator may be able to:
    • Change your account password.
    • Suspend or terminate your account access.
    • Access or retain information stored as part of your account.
    • Receive your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
    • Restrict your ability to delete or edit information or privacy settings.

  • For External Processing
    we provide firm information or proprietor’s information to our affiliates to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
  • For Legal Reasons
    We will share firm information or proprietor’s information with organizations or individuals outside of organization if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:-
    • Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
    • Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
    • Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
    • Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our organization, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Information security

We work hard to protect Firm Registration and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:-

  • We encrypt many of our services using SSL.
  • We offer you two step verification when you access your firm Account.
  • We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
  • We restrict access to personal information to firm registration employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.


Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the firm accounts. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including clearance process that may not be displayed to you in your account. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services.


We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. We also adhere to several self regulatory frameworks. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.


Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes). We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
